La Sala is Shay’s private dining room, accommodating up to sixteen guests. Designed to feel intimate and distinct from the restaurant, it is a world of its own—an elegant setting for dinners that are entirely personal.

Each gathering is thoughtfully shaped around the guests, from the menu and wine to the details that make the occasion uniquely theirs. From intimate celebrations to important milestones and private entertaining, every dinner is designed to feel effortless, personal, and memorable.

Private dining is led by Creative Director, Rayana Dilawri, who works closely with each host and the kitchen to create an experience tailored to the occasion.
